Book a borer inspection

Send the address suburb, the reason and, if you are buying, the date your agreement goes unconditional. The inspector phones back to confirm access to the roof space and subfloor and to agree a time.

The inspection costs $285 + GST. The fee is credited against the treatment if you go ahead with the recommended work through the same operator. See the borer cost page.

Inspections are available across all of Auckland, from the North Shore and West Auckland to the isthmus, the east and the south. Prefer to talk first? Phone 09 801 2355.
